Since the late 1950's Lehman's Egg Service has been well known through out the Tri-state area as a superior distributor of quality cheese, margarine, fresh eggs and hard cooked egg specialties including Select and Salad Grade Eggs, Red Beet Pickled Eggs and Dutch Gold Mustard Pickled Eggs. Our outstanding customer service department is second to none and anxiously await to help meet your needs.
Our fresh egg division in Greencastle, Pa washes, candles and packs approximatley10,000 cases per week ( 300,000 eggs) to service customer accounts in Washington DC, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and West Virginia.
Our hard cooked eggs division in Chambersburg, Pa. cooks, mechanically peels and packages our specialty eggs to meet the demands of our wholesale and retail customers needs.
We are moving forward to become an all cage free egg business. We have fostered a working relationship with Heritage Poultry Management who manage the organic and cage free flocks from feed formulation and Certified Humane audits to egg quality and Pennsylvania Egg Quality Assurance program (PEQAP) oversight.
