Since the late 1950's Lehman's Egg
Service has been well known through out the Tri-state area
for quality eggs, egg products and superior customer
service.
At the shell egg division in Greencastle, Pa approximately 10,000 cases
per week
( 300,000 eggs) are washed candled and packed to service
accounts in Washington DC, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New
Jersey, New York, Virginia and West Virginia.
At the hard cooked division located in Chambersburg, Pa.
eggs are hard cooked, mechanically peeled and packaged as
plain select hard cooked eggs, red beet pickled eggs, dutch gold
pickled mustard eggs and deviled egg kits.
We are moving forward to become an all cage free egg
business. We have fostered a working relationship with
Heritage Poultry Management who manage the organic and cage free flocks from feed formulation and Certified Humane
audits to egg quality and Pennsylvania Egg Quality Assurance
program (PEQAP) oversight.
